Les Jardins du Centre

For more than 100 years, this business has been
cultivating a garden that produces a bountiful crop of more than 70 different fruits and vegetables. Some are gourmet favourites, such as the blue potato and the yellow carrot. Others have a more humble status, such as the Charlevoix broad bean. Each and every fall season brings its cornucopia of pumpkins and squashes in all shapes and colours. In the spring, sugar maple sap is transformed into a wonderful maple syrup. Well worth a visit: a small-animal petting farm.

When May rolls around, it’s time to go to l’Épicerie
du terroir for an assortment of home-made food
products, as well as meat cuts, cheeses, beers,
ciders, delicacies and regional craft items.

Les Jardins du Centre maintains a farmer’s market
at the shopping centre Le Village in Baie-Saint-
Paul.

From May 20 through October 31: Daily, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. From November 1 to May 19: By request.
