This family-run business located in the heart of Vallée du Gouffre has been specializing in the raising of fowl since 1999.

At Les Élevages Saint-Laurent, the birds’ quality of life is all-important. Whether they be ducks, Guinea fowl or pheasants, all birds are tranferred to outside pens or aviaries as soon as their growth permits. Furthermore, the birds have slow growth profiles and are given totally vegetable feed, without growth hormones nor animal by-products.
