In the enchanting valley of Baie-Saint-Paul, visitors will discover the popular cheeses of La Maison d'Affinage Maurice Dufour: Migneron, Ciel de Charlevoix, Tomme d'Elles, Deo Gratias and Secret de Maurice. On site, visitors will learn and understand their particular qualities. As well, you can sample them and purchase some.
Since 1994, La Maison d'Affinage Maurice Dufour has established itself in a choice position in the world of fine cheese making. The reputation of its products now extends well beyond the frontiers of Québec and Canada. Since 2005, a sheep's milk production activity that can be visited in season has further enriched the list of fine products with the processing of sheep's milk as well as cow's milk.
Schedule: In season: Open daily, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In the off season: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekends, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Holidays: please consult our schedules. Admission is free. Reservations for groups would be appreciated.
