Let a guided tour introduce you to the fine cheese making and aging processes used in the Vallée du Gouffre to produce cheeses like Le Migneron and Le Ciel de Charlevoix from cow’s milk, and Deo Gratias from ewe’s milk.

You may sample them for lunch on a Taste Platter or enjoy them for supper in a gourmet Table d’Hôte.
In season, daily, from 9 am to 5 pm, you can visit the facilities, the sales counter and taste the cheeses.
The Dining Room is open Wednesday to Sunday, from 6 pm. Off season, please check our schedules.
The tour is free, but groups must reserve ahead. There is a fee for samplings.
