Fumoir Charlevoix is a business specialized in processing freshly smoked fish. A sales counter is set up on site so visitors can buy and try out all their smoked products: salmon, trout, sturgeon, scallop, thin pizzas, mousses, barbecue salmon and trout, salmon jerky and several other delicacies. Visitors can also enjoy the terrace during the high season.
