This family business is specialized in the breeding of Angus cattle and offers tender, tasty beef, free of growth hormones and antibiotics. The animals are carefully selected and kept for no more than 25 months, thus ensuring a product of the highest quality. The herd's diet is unique in Canada. It consists exclusively of dry hay, corn and apples. Charlevoix beef is finely marbled and the tiny bits of fat that melt during cooking ensure that the end result is a remarkably juicy meat.
