Centre de l’émeu de Charlevoix

Le Centre de l’émeu de Charlevoix is Québec’s largest emu farm. This specialized centre realizes all production steps and the herd is comprised of over 400 emus of all ages. Breeding is done ecologically, without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones nor animal flour.

The Centre also distributes a complete line of emu oil-based and meat by-products.

From June 8th to October 8th, 2007, daily from 9 am to 5 pm, guides will greet you and are available to help you tour the farm and discover different tasty by-products we owe this rare bird. Picnic tables are also available on site.
