Boulangerie Pains d’Exclamation is an artisan bakery with a wide selection of homemade artisan sourdough breads made with the best flours such as the one from Moulin Banal at Les Éboulements. Bread baker Josée and her team will greet you with a smile, always ready to offer with passion their assortment of exceptional products. The bakery was awarded the jury’s "Coup de coeur" prize at the Grands Prix du Tourisme Québécois in 2007 and received the regional prize for "Agritourism and regional products" in 2009.
