Right next to Charlevoix’s oldest standing wooden church, this craft bakery distinguishes itself by its traditional outdoor ovens made of clay. Built outside by the baker himself, they allow the guests to meet the artisan and to discover some of the secrets of baking with wood.
All the bakery products are made from biological flour as well as locally produced ingredients. Some of the most popular of the twenty-odd types of available bread are: Brie and Walnut, Swiss and Cheddar, Chocolate and Blueberry and Le Campagnard.
Enjoy croissants, chocolatines, coffee, expresso and homemade jams on the terrace.
Open daily from 8 am – 6 pm except Mondays.
