Auberge des Peupliers

Located right in the heart of Cap-à-l’Aigle, Auberge des Peupliers is one of Charlevoix’s oldest inns. Chef Dominique Truchon has been passionately tending the ovens for over 23 years and his renown fare was often acclaimed, notably being attributed the prestigious Renaud Cyr award.

One of the founding Chefs of the Flavour Trail, Chef Truchon has been a proud ally of the region’s producers ever since his arrival here.
