Chef Patrick Fregni, member of the Flavour Road for over 10 years, and his team invite you to discover, in the heart of Baie-Saint-Paul, a gastronomic restaurant that won a National Silver Award at the gala event of the Grands Prix du tourisme
québécois. Each evening, starting at 5:30 p.m., the restaurant de ville Au 51 offers you à la carte dishes or savoury tables d’hôte featuring ingredients produced in Charlevoix.
A short walk across the street takes you to the Culinarium du 51. In the boutique, you may purchase healthy take-out dishes prepared on site with the best regional ingredients and no
preservatives (approved by Aliments du Québec). Also, pastries, French viennoiseries, fresh bread and, to take along on your excursions in the region, picnic hampers that are prepared while you wait.
